Had I read the reviews I wouldny have supported their business. I have been running after them for weeks for my refund. Before then I was running after them to deliver a product that is not even functional. Now they ignoring calls and texts. They don't even deserve a single star.
This is the most unprofessional courier company. My parcel has been sitting in their depot for the past two weeks. Now today they send an email at 9am saying it will be delivered. In the afternoon I receive an sms from someone instructing me to meet them at the police station to collect, only for them not to answer calls. I have been calling their offices for the last two weeks to ask when it will be delivered, and they do not answer calls. Who delivers parcels on a Sunday and instructs clients to fetch them from wherever. We pay for delivery and customs. I'll never buy from Temu ever again. This is very disappointing.
This is the worst courier company I have ever used. For the past two weeks I have been waiting for a Shein parcel to be picked up for a return. I called numerous times, and they constantly investigating. Yet the status says the parcel is being taken for quality check at the warehouse.
This is the worst Nandos I have ever bought take-outs from. Got home, and the entire order was burnt.
I bought a humidifier that didn't even work past six months. I took it back to Baby Cit at Mall@Carnival on 8 April 2025 around 6pm. They told me that since it's almost end of business they can't do much, I can leave it with them, and they'll call the Rep in the morning, and notify me of the outcome. Towards the afternoon on 9 April 2025 I got worried when they didn't give me any outcome, and I called the store. Thembi the store manager said she hasn't called, and she was about to sort it, and she will try her best to speed up the process. An hour later, some guy calls from the store saying they will call the Rep, because I damaged the humidifier on purpose. I have been using only water and the Vicks vapour pads. According to him he thinks we used oil. He did not even bother to open the water tank or to get it checked by a technician. I called the Dischem head office twice to escalate the matter, they keeping saying they'll call the store, but that does not happen either. Instead when my husband called the store Thembi claimed she'll send an avail with the pictures to the Rep. Only for her to send an email from her mobile phone to the store and cc my husband. I am very angry with the factor that they take customers for fools, and don't even get their work done.
