Horrible - will not recommned
Absolutely horrible service and product. Came WEEKS lat and the leather looks like some has been lying in water for the weeks they were held up, full of blotches and dirty. Iron on lables also arrived cut-skew Atleast I received the items - weeks late and in horrible condition.. but received, at least

Horrible to No Service
Horrible service. WEEKS late, false feedback - still waiting - Received a mystery parcel to collect now, in my region - have to drive 20mins just to find out if it perhaps might be them! Absolutely horrible and ************* - even rude upon being informed that they are ****mers - will not recommend.

Unreliable service
Bad service , unreliable customer service. Save your money and time Don’t bother wasting your money, these are ****mers. I placed my order on 09/12/2025 and I am still awaiting for delivery. I am not receiving any feedback even after I requested for a refund. Do not order from this business, it’s unprofessionalism at its best

Extremely Disappointed with Houterasies
I placed my order with Houterasies on 9 March, and only received the final part of my order three days before my wedding on 22 October — over seven months later! Throughout the process, communication was poor and extremely frustrating. Half of the printing was incorrect and had to be redone. The engraving was *****ed, and the overall quality was very disappointing. To make things worse, my husband’s tie and belt were ordered in hazelnut brown, but they arrived in two completely different colours. I was promised that replacements would be sent with the order, but they were never included in the package. I was led to believe I’d receive the correct items, and only two days before the wedding I realised I needed to urgently find a replacement tie myself. After months of stress, delays, and poor-quality products, I cannot recommend this business at all. Even though their prices may seem affordable, the lack of reliability, bad communication, and poor workmanship make it absolutely not worth it. This is a serious warning to anyone considering ordering from Houterasies — I truly hope my experience prevents others from going through the same disappointment.

Promosed the items will be completed before due date
Promosed the items will be completed before due date. Only delivered half of items. When phoned the owners doesn't pick up. Received the next half of the packages 2 weeks later with mistakes on.

Bad Service
The WORST service EVER. Save yourself the Trouble and TIME. Promises are made regarding delivery dates, with NO follow-ups/communication from their side! If you finally get your order delivered, the items are wrong, and no appologies are given from their side! Bad bad service!!
