vodacom westgate is careless and does nt resolve complains i sent a complain on the 27/05/2025 even today the head office called and westgate mall vodacom manager called me and promised to give me feedback on the issue and refund nothing happened is this how costumers are treated Guys This issue will not end unless ended i cant go for esim and an *********** consultant failed to carry the instruction and charged me for failing to help me THEY SAY THE BUSINESS HAS REP**** PRIVATELY IS A LIE .

When I reached out to the branch again for resolution, the person I spoke to was unable or unwilling to escalate my concern to a manager who could provide further assistance. This lack of accountability and responsiveness exacerbated the situation. Ultimately, I was forced to visit the Vodacom branch in Clearwater, where I had to spend additional money to rectify the issue. This was a process that could and should have been resolved correctly during my initial visit to the Westgate branch. I am deeply disappointed with the service provided and request that this matter be addressed urgently. Specifically, I seek: 1. An acknowledgment of the inconvenience and losses caused by the error and delays. 2. An explanation of why the correct process was not followed and why escalation to a manager was not facilitated. 3. Compensation for the financial and business losses incurred due to the poor service. An appointment was confirmed for 13:00 PM. However, by 14:15 PM, no one had arrived, and I had not received any communication from your team to explain the delay or offer an apology. When I took the initiative to call, your team seemed unaware of what was happening. To make matters worse, I was transferred to a supervisor named Michael, whose conduct was shockingly unprofessional. He was extremely rude, repeatedly hung up the phone, and refused to take responsibility on behalf of the company. When I asked why the technician had been changed or what had happened to the originally scheduled technician, he failed to provide any explanation and again chose to end the call. This level of service is unacceptable. It is both frustrating and disappointing to be treated with such disregard, especially by someone in a managerial position. I expect a formal apology and a clear explanation of what went wrong. I also urge you to take serious action regarding Michael’s behavior, as no customer should be treated with such disrespect.
