I have never expirienced such pathetic service since my existence, and diassapointing for group as big as this. had a query on my policy Confirmation of Claim payment on policy ACH0000168, which was short paid and they said is due to arrears. to date the person that was assisting is so quite since I sent to POPs
I have a policy with Sanlam Sky, i lodged a claim recently for my uncle who passed on. The policy is R10 000 and they only paid R5700 saying I have arrears. I have sent them a proof of the premiums I paid with direct deport and they choose not to respond. when you do not pay, you will hear from them but when you have a query they go queite, policy ACH0000168
I have been contacting Sanlam since my uncle passed on to lodge a claim and all I am receiving is an acknowledgement of an email. You see the proof that your email are read and they just do not border to answer. I also received an email saying the deceased is not covered on my plan, then I asked for the certificate I still do not have an answer
After the complaint I had regarding loading airtime and bundles and they will vanish to nowhere. then yesterday 11/03/2026 an agent calls me to resolve the issue, but in the process the call gets cut-off because of the netowrk issue, guess what they never called back, that is how pathetic Vodacom service has turned.
People be careful, lately Vodacom is nothing but the ****. What happened did not only happen once but several times. I bought 20 minutes voice and tried to call a person who is also Vodacom and they did not pick up. Waited for like 30 minutes and tried to call again and units vanished I could not call meaning I lost the minutes I never used. They started with the please call me guy and now it's customers, this is unacceptable even it's how you are making more money as a **** first think of a customers who may be in a desperate situation
last year around Jun/July exams I had a query regarding the asses*****ts which were scheduled on the same day and the other one could not access on the exam date. Sent query to hello peter and Mancosa was quick to respond that they have reschedules the modules to supplementary exams in Jan 2026. From there on there was no communication until I queries and they sent me a timetable for 1 subject. I sent another quety about the other subject and was sent a response on 09/01/2026 that they will send the timetable am writting on the 12th. received the timetable on the 12th in the morning of the exam, as if it was enough, the worst part the module did not appear on app to aunthenticate and write, made if not 10 call to Mancosa, and everyone said they will resolve and calll me back, it is now 11H22 and am still waiting, exams are from 8 - 16h00, what is suppose to happen now. I have never seen such incompetency. and should if I do not write today what happens next, will they move again, no ways that is nonsense

I have beem a vodacom customer for as long as I live, but let me tell you lately there is nothing that can irritate you like the Vodacom network. whenever you want to call for example and you have airtime, you will first get errors that you do not have enough airtime until you try for the 5th or 6th time then the call will go through. Today I have R9.99 airtme and am trying to buy 200mb for R5 and it keeps on saying I do not have enough airtime when you try on the app it gives an error that the transaction could not be processed. do better please or close down the network then we will move to other Networks. Imagine if you are in an emergency situation?
Cash crusaders I went on 4 Ocrober 2025 and they gVe me a loan of R700 for le morgan toaster and kettle. I travel with work and it so happen that I was not around on 2 Nov which is the Expiry date. I made a call on 3 Nov to check id they can send me a link to pay because I ws not around and would only return on the 4th. The lady I spoke to said no you can come tomorrow. While I was driving I realize the shopmight be closed when I get there and requested that the send me the link which they explain only the Head Office can send the link but I can go do the transaction on the Website, when I did that the website confirmed that the account is settled meaning I cannot extend. What kind of service is this even though I reached out
