THE MOST COLD AND HEARTLESS COMPANY EVER!!!! They preach about family and values but they are literal sociopaths. Literally stayed with them for about 10 months now. Never delayed/late for rent, EVEN WHEN THEY BILLED ME AND EXTRA R2000 BECAUSE THE SECURITY GUARD SAID I WAS LOUD (ironically, our music has been playing at the same level ever since, no complains. AGAIN BS). Worse. They even sent me an email saying we were VIPs and they would happy to have an extended contract with us (usually they work month to month). Anyway, this month my mom accidentally falls and fractures her neck. She has no medical aid. I sent her the money for the doctor. I contact Houss agents, managers and lease manager imediately: "Hey, I know rent its due soon, but I have this medical family emergency, I had to use of the rent money (and some more BTW) to help them. But I wont skip rent, I pulled money from my investment account, but it will take about a week to reflect" (or so says the company). No response. Instead they are spamming robotic emails (from Pride Majolam, [email protected], lease manager) tellIing us we overdue and they're going to deactivate our services. I work from home, so this is a big deal. We respond explaining the same thing. SHE LITERALLY RESPONDS AGAIN LIKE A BOT: "Since you are not responding to our emails we are shutting down your services". I contact these people again, the property manager, who leads me to Pride, to which state my case again (turns out she does not read emails, shes an actual human bot). Says its fine. Next day have client meeting, she shut down my internet EVEN THOUGH I PAY FOR MY INTERNET SEPARATELY (SHE CUT OFF MY FIBRE LINE). Eventually, within the week as I stated, I paid my rent and sent my proof of payment. Pride literally goes out of her way to not activate my services (I MISSED ANOTHER MEETING) even though the property manager forwarded her the POP and called her to do it. Only after I called her manager, did she decide to activate my services and sent me an email STATING SHE HAS RECEIVED MY RENTAL PAYMENT!!!!!. BUT HERE'S THE KICKER. I JUST GOT AN EMAIL THREATENING TO TAKE ME TO COURT FOR NOT PAYING MY RENT OR SENDING POP!!!!! SHE STILL MARKED MY ACCOUNT AS UNPAID!! Who the hell treats local customers like this?
Literally shut down my internet and refuse to enable it even though I have paid for my account in full, including Pro Rata, and have sent them proof of payment multiple times. Worse, you cant even get them on the phone, not even reception. It is like they are actively avoiding you. DO NOT GET THIS ISP
I struggled with a blocked account for months now, however one of the employees helped me not only unblock the account, but almost retrieve my money in a timely manner instead of just refering me to the app. She also helped me prevent the issue in the future. I was about to give up on FNB and move my salary before this.
Literally the most unprofessional and childish credit company ever! For almost 24 months now I have been paying all my accounts on time, just for this ****ty company to ruin it over a technicality! They claim I did not pay for December, but it was them that did not deduct the amount via debit order as was agreed (I had the money in my account the whole time), NOR DID THEY NOTIFY ME THAT IT DIDNT GO THROUGH OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT, but then immediately hand me over to lawyers (This is the first month by the way!). Now my credit score has gone down by 15 points and my report shows that I have missed a payment in the last 24 months (which cannot just be remedied!)
For 5 months now I have been struggling to get my funds in my Easy Zero account! I spoken to multiple agents, they keep telling me my account is block and on hold (NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY) and to go to the branch to unblock it, but when I do NOTHING GETS RESOLVED! Ive already spent over R250 in transport fees to resolve this, but NOTHING! I WANT MY MONEY.
These guys are ****mers! They literally just decided to take my entire electricity units (R374) for no reason, then try to claim it was for water and municipal charges. I GET CHARGES OVER R1300 EVERY MONTH FOR THESE CHARGES!! Worst part is I consciously tried to save electricity this month, by only using gas stove, only washed laundry once this month and even mostly using my laptop on battery mode. Just for them to decide "NO WE FEEL LIKE YOU DIDNT USE ENOUGH ELECTRICITY"
EXPERIAN IS PURPOSEFULLY RUINING MY CREDIT SCORE AND REPORT!! For months now I been disputing to Wonga accounts which I have settled ages ago! I SENT THE SETTLEMENT LETTERS! THEY TOLD ME IN WAS RESOLVED SUCCESSFULLY JUST LAST WEEK, JUST FOR THEM TO PUT IT BACK ON MY CREDIT REPORT AGAIN!!! *** IS WRONG WITH GUYS!!! AT THIS POINT ITS NOT EVEN A MISTAKE, THIS IS ON PURPOSE!!
I literally cannot get any credit, despite having a credit score over 600 and more that R9000 left after all expenses, because these guys claimed I was in arrears for accounts I have already settled, and now they refuse to remove the disputes on my report after they have already been settled (I sent them the settlement letters) and they acknowledged them and agreed to remove the open accounts. Now still months later, I have had banks, specifically Nedbank and African Bank, telling me I cannot get any loans or financing, because you guys have still not removed the disputes off my credit report. I'm unable to get any financing, because you guys refuse to update your system. Please fix this.
I have been contacting them for over a month now regarding false accounts on my credit report. There are two accounts from Wonga that I have settled long time ago still show up on my credit report (making it looking like I have over R10000 in loan repayments per month, when in reality its less than R2000). Despite me sending them my settlement letters and disputing these claims they refuse to answer my calls nor my emails. I literally CANT EVEN GET A LOAN OF R100 BECAUSE ON PAPER IT LOOKS LIKE I CANT AFFORD IT, DESPITE HAVING OVER R9000 IN EXCESS MONEY AFTER ALL PAYMENTS. FIX THIS! I literally cannot make necessary big financial loans (LIKE A CAR FOR WORK) because of this. THIS IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL
Even though I had settled my account in July, they still refused to close it. Instead they keep it open and worse trying to charge me interest on a 0 balance account (its literally at R214 right now!!). Even though they sent me an email and SMS stating it was settled as well as the statement shows it was paid in full, they still refuse to send me a settlement letter (instead they sent me some generic email about how it will be solved, THAT WAS 2 MONTHS AGO!!!) and the worse part is that its affecting my credit score as Credit Bureaus think I owe them over R7500!!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
