Literally shut down my internet and refuse to enable it even though I have paid for my account in full, including Pro Rata, and have sent them proof of payment multiple times. Worse, you cant even get them on the phone, not even reception. It is like they are actively avoiding you. DO NOT GET THIS ISP

I have decided to upgrade my package since the apartment I'm staying at uses them. The initial package that is free is 15mbps upload and download. Didn't have issues for almost 7 months. The issues arrived and it took weeks to attempt to resolve but it couldn't be, so I decided to upgrade the package to 20mbps upload and download. The package was paid on the website so I called them to get extra details to understand what are the terms and conditions plus what I need to keep ahead of. I was told that my purchase was successful and that the first month I must pay a Pro-rata and the money I used to purchase the upgrade will pay off the following month. February Pro-rata paid, March came around and I remember this will be paid off as it was explained. No I get an invoice for March and April my account suspended. So that was a complete lie by the company itself...

Useless service. I have been offline since 01 Feb, ive contacted the WhatsApp line and phoned support directlynumeroustimes. Useless service and Useless technicians. Never shows up on time, never resolve the issue timely. Today is the 11th, still no connection that time i paid on time. I dont recommend their service at all. So annoying

Terrible customer service.. consultants are no help whatsoever!!!! iv had "Please can you try connecting to the internet now and revert to us" for 12 times.Speak to them on whatsapp and they ghost u. No response like give me 10 minutes il revert..NOTHING..Just quiet.I get calls saying okay il have to escalate this ..Im still waiting.Its like they respond to tickets just so that the ticket shows answered I know I worked with ticket system in insurance as well.. nothing is resolved.Its a week that im waiting on my port or NAT setting to be fixed.Please can I get EMAIL clarification as to what is going on? Is someone actually going to help me?

I had their service for a year and everything went well untill i had to cancel. On cancelation i contacted the accounts just to say i am no longer using the services. I was on a month to month plan but they still said i had to pay for the month i wont be using it. I then rep**** it was never communicated that i have to give a month notice. They said its in the terms and conditions on the website. I went on the website and didn't find any terms and conditions. Im so disappointed in this company because i did enjoy ther service, but they causing me alot of financial difficulties now.

Horrible experience, after having to answer six questions and confirming each answer I was put in a queue that had 1 person ahead of me for an hour. The thing kept sending me messages about having 1 person ahead of me every minute. I’m still yet to get assistance on WhatsApp. I was only assisted once I called and it took less than ten minutes. If you’re going to introduce a new ticket system to assist clients please make if efficient! Thanks to Daniella for assisting

Called a day before and booked to have wifi fixed as it had no signal. The bookig was for 9:30. Waited for 3 hours and nothing, no call to say I am late, or give an estimation. Nothing. I give a star forthe fact that after a long time callin someone answered and made the booking, but not happy with this service. They did not even bother to call the customer back to check or reschedule for another time. They must make a lot of money if one customer is so insignificant?
