Axio Connect is so far *************

I have decided to upgrade my package since the apartment I'm staying at uses them. The initial package that is free is 15mbps upload and download.

Didn't have issues for almost 7 months. The issues arrived and it took weeks to attempt to resolve but it couldn't be, so I decided to upgrade the package to 20mbps upload and download.

The package was paid on the website so I called them to get extra details to understand what are the terms and conditions plus what I need to keep ahead of. I was told that my purchase was successful and that the first month I must pay a Pro-rata and the money I used to purchase the upgrade will pay off the following month. February Pro-rata paid, March came around and I remember this will be paid off as it was explained.

No I get an invoice for March and April my account suspended. So that was a complete lie by the company itself...
