When I got into debt review I was told that their insurance will cover my credits now I have active accounts and I’m being told I can’t cancel the insurance but I’m yet paying standard bank .
I am very about standard bank, I got into debt review and it was finalized that my interest rate will be 0,11 now its 21% and they seem to charge 0’11 again, I looked at the statement and my loan balance is increasing, when I email them they just send statements no one is helping with the issue of interest, I even called and I was told to send email they’ll help but they are not, secondly I have been trying to chat with 360 team on WhatsApp to get all my accounts on it , the chat service responds to say it connected me with agents and they never respond or help , what kind of service is this, if you haven’t opened an account with standard bank I would advise you to never do
I ordered at food on the app with a drink (water) , ai didn’t get the water when I tried to log a query about that order I was just chatting to AI no where I could actually give feedback about the order, not so good app but their food is nice
Bad service, communication and dishonesty. When you first in communication you would think that these people are good When I started and was onboarding, they used to call me every hour by Shipho but when is time for support, no one is there. I logged a query on March to say I would update my accounts as there was money I paid directly to my creditors, they requested statement from the bank, the bank responded 10 April to this day my account has not been updated ,I was told Sesethu will call me last week of Friday before 11am , Till today I have not received a call from her. I logged another inquiry about the bank charging interest of 21% while they said the bank agreed with 0.11 % but no one has responded as well. The worst decision of my life.
