I bought a bed online at sleepmasters not even a year ago for my 10 year old daughter a 3/4 bed the bed is broken literally and the mattress is dented already I mean a 10.year old you guys are selling **** to your customers I logged a complaint already no1 got back to me
I am extremely ****ing disappointed in Vodacom itself there insurance company and Vodacom blueroute I claimed Insurance on the 11 Feb 2026 I took it back 2days later coz it just went off in my face they found nothing wrong with it but I told them it was a brand new phone they said there is nothing they can do about it but I told them I don't want that phone as a loyal Vodacom customer for the 1st time I have an issue and I must go throught all this **** I'm ****ing disgusted by how they treat loyal customers and this isn't the 1st time I complain how long must I wait like I'm confused
It's been almost a month since I claimed insurance and the faulty phone has been sent away twice I'm very very ****ed super angry with your service and I didn't have my phone for a 3days yet no feedback what's so ever
Based on my previous complaint I'm still not satisfied with your service so I had to take the phone back to the store to send to technicians then I get a call it needs to go to Joburg so what can Joburg do that Cape town can't I'm still without a phone very inconvenient there no solution feedback is pathetic Vodacom you don't value your loyal customers I'm very disappointed in everything you do you the worst
Hi I bought a pair of Nike shox online at Nike.com in December 2025 I had it on for Christmas and noticed the glue at the back was hard and loose bare in mind I'm not home when I noticed and only had it on that day I immediately logged a complaint they collected it in January 2026 they say they can't accept my complaint coz it was worn but I only had it kn a few hours because I saw they sold broken shoes to me they sent the broken shoes back to me only last week Thursday so and it's February already I think it's very unprofessional of such a big brand I want my money back or I want a new pair this is unacceptable NIKE.COM do better
So I claimed insurance on the 7th February 2026 for a new cellphone I had the phone for 3 days I took it back because it was switching off thrice and because I did my own research with regards to a new device and the warranty because no1 explained it to me at the store which is Vodacom blueroute mall tokia the send my phone to the technician it can back on the 20th with no issue so I collected the the cellphone and they told me if it happens again the will send it back and if then again don't detect anything they will give me back the same phone now to my understanding if you have the cellphone for 7 days and detect an issue you can return and they give you a new cellphone I've been with Vodacom since 2017 very loyal customer never skipped one payment and this is how the handle their loyal customers and it's the very 1st time I have a issue with them And the consultant that help me very unprofessional Very unhappy loyal customer
Service is very bad I placed order the order came food looked horrible and got 1 drink instead of 2 called in they said the will reimburse me still waiting never ordering from them again
