Around August or September this year, Telkom tried to debut my account for an old contract which I was willing to renew. They couldn't find any money and decided to stop the data SIM from working. Seeing that happen I decided to stop paying since they blocked the SIM anyway. But to my suprise Telkom keeps on increasing the money and debiting my account every month, which I of course dispute but I don't have any idea what they are debiting for. I think they are selfish ****mers who will do anything to reap off innocent people. If they were that good why did they block the SIM the moment I missed one payment after 5 years of being with them without missing a single payment? Telkom STOP it, stop messing with my account. I no longer want to do business with you. The worst part is no one knows how to get a hold of Telkom and they don't even have a complaint button on their website.
This company has reactivated my old Decoders which were deactivated by me. When i called i was told it was system automated and they would reverse the funds since June 2024. I have called 3 to 4 times in the past three weeks wherein they activate my account and promised that their finance team would reverse my funds but never did, as a result i get deactivated every second day until I call them again. I am tired of calling them, I have paid them and I need my connection and my refund.
On Saturday evening, I ordered a Debonnaires Pizza through their online APP. It was around 8pm. The app accepted my order and payment. We waited the whole night without delivery. No cas nothing. The following day no calls still, I then decided to call them after mid day. They contact never got picked up until 5 attempts later when I decided to call again and choose option 1 on the menu which is making a new order. Option 1 gets picked up immediately. Again none of the consultants assisted me, until I found the 4th consultant who escalated to some management WhatsApp group. I then received a call from someone who said they would speak to the manager at the Blue Hills store in Midrand where my order was made from. The manager called me and told me all excuses in the world, including that they called me, which I never got a missed call, and that they don't deliver to my area which was a life because I order from the same store every month and I get my pizzas delivered. I explained to her but she was adamant that she will reverse the money on the app. I was against that because the money reversal takes a few days to clear but she did not listen to me. To date I have not received any money not any pizza, 4 days later. I feel Debonnaires is taking advantage of the helpless people. That was my last money to spoil my kids with pizza, times are tough for all of us but Debonnaires does not care ! Order number is 74916976
