Merced Benz centurion sells rotten cars
Am very disappointed with this dealer , I bought a used car 🚘 thinking am getting myself comfort out of the dealer little did I know am buying a salvage car , that has problem from suspension,tyres,Engen mounts, stuck sunroof,overlapping wipers, loose window switches , this problems started showing on the 3rd day of driving the car , I have been talking to Norman the sale Manager for used cars that the tyres on that car are worn out from day one but he told me no they are not , been comparing about the car shaking with several Test drives they said the car is fine , until he offered to book it at grand central motors where they told him all the rims got bend hence the car was u stable and shaking , until today no solution from the dealer with regards to tyres they said I must buy tyres imagine for a car I drove for 270km , that’s a day ******* so I requested they pay my money back or fix the problem in my car , they not even following up in this matter

Placed an order last month , and some items were short supp**** they since promised to do a manual refund but they now blocked my account they say coupon abuse

Paying for non working tracking device
Been trying to do random check on my vehicle location to test the tracking device accuracy since 2023 and to my surprise I’ve been paying for non active device , I want my premiums back from 2023 because that’s when it stopped working, made calls they promised to come fit new device but still nothing is happening
