Mistakenly broke an item and had to pay 90%
Crazy Plastics Ferndale mall I mistakenly drop some plastic containers with card board boxes in a narrow isle just before the paypoint and the made me pay 90% of the damaged one... selling price with R199. I spent about R1100 at this store and had to pay additional for a product I did not need. Don't they have insurance for these things?

Terrible Communication and Product Delivery
Elite mobile called me, at the end of July 2022, to upgrade my Vodacom line and the Sales consultant was great. However, to this date, 12 Aug 2022, I have not received any email confirmation of the order nor have I received my order as yet. I had to call the call centre twice only to find out on the second call that the item is on back order with Vodacom; this was not communicated to me upfront. Sales - great Product Delivery and communication- terrible

Unreliable from a delivery perspective
I ordered and paid for an item on 4 Aug 21, and the website advise a 3-5 working days for delivery. Today is the 18th and I am still waiting. I was advised that there was an error choosing the delivery partner and had to restart the process. Not my problem, I need what I paid for, in the promised duration. If I knew it will take this long I would have looked elsewhere.
