I hope they go out of business!
If I could give a zero, I'd do just that. What a hassle trying to get a refund after I they debited me after I settled via EFT. The different department don't seem to know each other. The refunds department doesn't respond to emails. What a frustrating experience this has been for me. I hope they go out of business soon! Karma is a *****!0 replies

Save your money & renew your disc yourself
It's frustrating that you can never talk to a person. I've been waiting over a week for my disc to get delivered. Can't get ahold of anybody to tell me where the damn thing is. You pay quite a bit of money to get appalling service. I'm done with these guys.0 replies
