Delayed payment / Payment not reflecting
This has to be the worst bank to deal with i have been waiting for an international payment since the 6th of May , mind you this not the first time in order to get your money you have to come here first the company even provided RRN/ARN number for them to trace even to this date no payment no response no respond from the customer center

Funds not reflecting
Have been waiting for funds to reflect in my account since the 21st of January 2026 till now the sender even provided an RRN : 53630183260 still the money has not reflected in my bank account this is frustrating

Transactions error
My Account was changed to Islamic savings without my consent now I can't make transactions on my account but money is available my account has never given me problems since now it's frustrating no message to alert me of what's going on nothing

Claims department
Quick to block phones for non payment but take forever to resolve our issues the claims department does not even respond been waiting for a week already
