The lady who phoned from King Price to follow up my claim was exceptionally charminimg and checked that it was a convenient moment to speak. ( callers often seem to assume that I have nothing else to do and had set aside at least half an hour for their call!) She outlined in detail all that was going to be done. I would again recommend the service which I received from King Price.
Why do you not offer a negative rating? A client of FNB insurance drove into the side of my vehicle. After being referred by FNB insurers to communicate with Lineker Marianne of Neil Govender attorneys, I eventually made contact. My experience with FNB and Lineker was: Using up my airtime trying to get through; Being cut off; Requesting documentation, which they already had; Having my emails ignored; Having my emails returned as undeliverable; Being told on the phone, that it would take a long time after they started the process. I asked how long? 2 months? A year? 5 Years? 15 years? I was told definitely not 15 years! I was advised by FNB to email Neil Govender (the boss?) That has been no more fruitful! Since then, I have received no feedback and my emails are now being returned as undeliverable! I presume that their approach is Ignore; Stall; Request more documentation; Ignore; Frustrate the claimant until they give up.
Review on geyser claim handled byKwanele Mdunge and Sinqobile Khuzwayo: Luke and Blessing from E-ZEE GROUP efficiently replaced the geyser and Dymon and assistant from WEST MOUNTAIN arrived absolutely punctually on each occasion to fix the ceiling and stayed till 7pm to complete the job and fixed the light problem so that an electrician did not need to come out. Both teams left the place neat and tidy. King Price kept contact through the whole process. I can recommend all. Thank you! A Knighton-Fitt
I've just been served by Shaydon Jacobs of King Price insurance. I found him to be incredibly pleasant to deal with, lighthearted and helpful. Patient with me and he waited after hours to receive my response. The quote I got was about half the price quoted by other insurers. I am seriously considering moving my other insurance to King Price. Allan K-F
In spite of some negative reviews about G I Motors I decided to deal with the person who had recent positive reviews and for several days have been communicating regarding a particular vehicle which has been on their books for 5 weeks. As I am in Cape Town, I arranged for someone to go and check out the car on Saturday. I asked for their banking details so that I could make a deposit but was told to wait. The car was checked mid-morning on Saturday and reported to me. I phoned the salesman (who was not in the store) and arranged to complete the process on Monday morning. Monday morning I received a message to sat that unfortunately the car had been sold! My son had made arrngements to take off work and fly up to Pretoria to collect the vehicle. I understand that things sometimes go wrong but I find it strange that a car that had been on the floor for 5 weeks suddenly got sold in the hour before closing on Saturday, especially in the light of the previous Hello Peter complaints about side deals. The inconvenience to my family is considerable and I certainly will not trust a deal with G I Motors again.
I have "been insured" with MiWay for many years. I submitted a claim over 5 months ago during which time they have done almost nothing and I have a car that is practically unuseable. Each time I phone there is a little flurry and suggestion that they will contact suppliers to source the part but nothing happens. My son, over a number of years and several claims, has had no joy with MiWay, who should re-brand themselves as NoWay.
After previous frustrations I had extremely good service from Lehlohonolo Khumalo who is an asset to the company
