Once again my internet is off and there is no response from their Watsap number or anyone to contact. Horrible network provider. No client service at all
I have a nearly 6 months argument with I store pavilion which sold a young man a IPAd M3 that is not fit for purpose. When we returned it within leas that 7 days they refused a refund wanted to test it “away for.is in their environment” then obvsioluly claiming there is nothing wrong. And I if we want to a refund they keep 20%. Totally ignoring South African law. This is causing huge amount.of sstress on an already ill young man and might cost him his internship. They don’t care. They are a horrible store.
The I pad Air M3 are not fit for purpose as it overheats when charging and with hardly any use. Product returned within 3 days - they demand 20% “handling fee” when you ask for refund. Apparently they repackage and resell returned items as new. They refuse to follow the law in SA and are bullies a young man who has a debilitating disease and needed that for work.

To “repackage and resell”. I won’t pay that as consumers have protection in SA. You are bullying a young man with a debilitating disorder that needs I pad for work. AND it seems you reseal and resell retuned goods as brand new. Without informing consumers
I bought an Apple Air IPad m3 at the I stoere in Pavillion- from first use (only procreate and YouTube) it overheats excessively. If I charge it it stops at 93-94% and says “charging halted due to overheating”. That product is not fit for purpose. Within plus minus 3 days of buying it we drove two hours back to Pavillion I store for a full refund. Which they refused to give us. They said they need to send it away - and it it faulty we can get a refund BUT they keep 20% handling fee. I have contacted I-store directly. They said they will solve it - that was two weeks ago. In the meantime I-store is of the opinion it does not overheat and if it does it’s our fault. I fall within my rights to get a full refund on the IPAD as it’s dangerous and not fit for purpose. They are not entitled to a 20% handling fee. Istore use to be good stores but this is ridiculous and they are bullying a client. That is not Apple qualitiy device.

They “tested” it and told us nothing is wrong. Why we would we drive hours to an I-store to return product that is not faulty? They are basically forcing us to take a faulty product. How is that possible- what about consumer rights. I-store Pavillion.
For the past two months I have been attempting to open a bank account which includes a trust account at Shelley ABSA. I have written numerous emails. Send them examples. If I phone them the phone is not answered, if I do actually reach the person I want to talk to I have to leave a voice message that is not returned. Their incompetence is causing me not to get an income. I have now been waiting since the 22nd of October for them to answer j my my last email. No response not even acknowledging receipt.
No response on Watsap, emails ignored, then they cannot locate the address where they deliver a service and I must send them a GPS that is available on their own website but they seem not to know that. It’s been probably more than week now that I am trying to get some support from them. Still waiting for response and need internet urgently. Any contact with thorn is impossible. You cannot sign up on-line becaue there is a glitch in the system. No telephone number to dial anyone. Really horrible service. You can say it’s urgent they still don’t care.
I have received an order of which 2 boxes was opened and the contents in it removed and replaced with junk. I am have a suspicion that I have not received all my boxes that they marked as delivered. Not first issue I have with Courier guy - also always receiving messages with links claiming I owe R15,00 etc for delivery which is impossible as parcel delivery payment is not my concern.
Been trying for more than a week to have a person asist me. Numerous emails, Watsaps (never on line) email “24/7l” chabot never working and even apologies on Hello Peter with undertakings to solve the issue has not brought any solution or contant with human. Emails remain unanswered. Truly the worst services there is.
