Refund not processed on overpaid account

I made payment manually and also the money was debited from my account and that closed my account since it was a last payment .but then they are not refunding me my money of which that made my account to be overpaid like how the hell is that. Now my account is showing a negative balance whilst I over paid it .they never update my account. This is so borrowing

Overpaid loan and need refund

I paid up my loan and got a paid up letter .the after I app**** for a new loan since the old one was settled. Then when I got the money of the new loan .they the. Debited the previous loan which is closed installment .now I want a refund and no reply guys assist. Because that means I over paid my loan

Debited twice

These people don't bother to reply emails. I have sent several emails but they don't respond at all ...I made an eft to pay off my existing loan using the " pay now " option from the website. .okay fine the transaction was successful...On the same day the debit order went through..meaning what? I repaid the loan twice .I asked for a refund they don't reply me ..like they don't bother to reply emails and im getting frustrated...just pay me back my money u cant take twice the money

Are you still guys playing this **** website? Like how the hell do they enjoy seeing us lose everyday?
