I am so frustrated. I downgraded to 2000pts 2months ago, but I am still being debited for 4000pts. I called and sent an email, was told it will be sorted. This month I got my monthly statement which still says that I will be debited for the 4000pts. This is very annoying!!
Called in and spoke to Phindile M, she was very polite, helpful and professional.
Ordered online from Russells, received sms’s and an email that I will be receiving my order on 3 January 2026. I waited the whole day but it did not come. On Monday my delivery came and driver had with him only 2 items, when I ordered 3 items. He called the warehouse only to find that he forgot to take the item. Driver was VERY rude!!!! Never again.
Tshegofatso Mathabela was very polite and professional. I could hear by the way she was talking that she was concerned about my safety.
