So i placed an order on 16/4/2026. On the 21/04/2026 i received an sms to say that my order was handed to the courier. I'm still waiting on feed back from sheet street. There was no communication or any update as to when my order was going to be delivered. I decided to call sheet street on 02/05/2026 just to get and update. I spoke to Silindile who informed me that they can only send an email to the courier company and will only get feed back today 04/05/2026 no urgency whatsoever!!!! I then called sheet street again at about after 9am on the 04/05/2026 spoke to Zanele. Who then informed me that they will have to get another courier company to deliver my order but no date or time can be given. Its going in for almost 3 weeks now!!! I asked to speak to a manager Anneline, who was in a meeting at the time and was told she will call me back. No call as yet... THIS IS THE MOST PATHETIC ONLINE SERVICE EVER!!! If you know your courier service provider is unreliable. Use another. You are going to loose customers this way. I am still considering in cancelling my order!!! What is the point of paying for goods that you haven't received!
So today I decided to try out cash converters online. I added items to my cart asked one of the stores to send me pics of 1 of the items which I was about to purchase. I then purchased the items paid for it. Asked if my delivery adress was different from billing which I said no. I then few minutes after receive a call from the 1 store I was in contact with asking me how I was collecting my order. I am in Cape Town, the items were purchased from Gauteng. No delivery charge added or requested upon my purchase. Me, so happy. As other retailers will inform you of the delivery upon checkout. I am so flabagasted that Cash converters wants me to pay separately for a courier service which is the same amount of the items I purchased. I explained to them that I was not asked to pay a delivery fee, so how is this my problem. I contacted the head office explaing yonthem that I am a first time buyer. They telling me it's a system error! So if you as the sellers system is a problem since when is the buyer responsible for the sellers issue. If they want to sell online they should look at other online stores and see. That if it's a price or any wrong information the buyer has to be accommodated and seller should run a loss. DAMAGE CONTROL. Please cash converters you need to do much better if you want to taken seriously or become popular with your online buying... I do NOT want a refund I want you to send me my goods without paying any extra money. Hill fox, did not contact me yet!
I placed an order on 29 June 2025, my order was split into 3 parts and delivery dates. I received 2 parts of my order. My expected date was for 5 July 2025. The order was the out for delivery on the 3rd, no notification from the company to say they on their way. The driver phoned me when he was in front of my door. I told him I was not home. I woke my son up who came out of night shift. It didn't even take him 3 minutes to open, the driver was gone! I have phoned the driver immediately, he blatantly ignored my calls. I then got hold of him at a later stage and asked him why he couldn't wait 3 minutes, he could not answer me. I asked him to come back at 5:30 the same day he said he will. The following day I phoned the driver, I asked him why he didn't come back, he told me he was out of the area. I then told him that no one was going to be home on the 4th can he deliver on the 5th. He agreed! Stayed home waited for the delivery 5th and 6th. No communication! I then phoned the driver the 7th, he told me he gave my parcel to an other driver and he is off today do I want the other drivers number to contact. I said NO! I then contacted Makro call center the same day. I was the advised that my query will be escalated. No Feedback! I called Makro on the 8th again, held for 30 minutes while on the phone trying to get hold of the courier company. I was the told that my order will be delivered on the 9th July. Since then i have been following up everyday. No call or feedback from Makro or the courier company. I am in AWWE!!!
Good morning It's been more than 10 working days since my package was collected for a return. I have NOT received any feedback as yet. Could you kindly follow-up and get back to me as soon as possible. Regards Kim
I placed an online order 201163517425, i received it on tuesday. When I opened the package the SKU104640615 size that you sent was incorrect. This is an inconvenience as I paid for door to door delivery as I need this for Tuesday 31 December. I now had to place another order 201163522758 for the correct size pants which I now had to pay another delivery fee for YOUR MISTAKE!!!! I phoned customer service 15 times and kept me on hold for 15 mins at a time. This is SERIOUSLY BAD SERVICE!!!! Your customer service and online packing needs dealing with. How will I now be compensated for your employee who packed my order wrong!
