Parcel sorted onto wrong delivery vehicle and then cancelled and returned back to warehouse. No fault of client what so ever. No attempt to put onto correct delivery vehicle the same day (being the 24th Dec 2025). When attempting to email help centre, get spoken to abruptly like I did something wrong.
Debt-In (FNB "First National Bank Lawyers/Attorney's). ●Phones over 4times a day. ●Rude and puts the phone down when they dont get what they want. ●Waists you're time and day. ●Attempts to do their homework thew you to sue you. (Finding out if you have recieved a summons). ●Harrass's your family member's. ●Refuses to prescribe your debt since 2017. ●Previous ref numb from Hello Peter with no help whatsoever "6323487NF". ●Unresolved!!!

FNB First National Bank. ○Not Client Friendly, ○Not Helpful, ○Not Caring. ○Will Snap back at you over a call, ○Will send you to branch to sit at branch on the telephone which you could've done at home. ○Supplies you with pre-scribed account numbers that do not match Debt Reviews account numbers. ○Ask's if you've been served a summons as they can't do their own homework. ●Credit card opened 2015. Last payment 2017. Was not prescribed/written off 3years after, was not taken further legally. Next contact made 2023 trying to claim payment, further contact with much snappier consultants 2024. Refusal of prescription regarding credit card.
