I have no words what so ever for this platform they are the most rudest and unfriendly bunch of operators ive ever came across. Ive got R1000 in their account which i have proof of but because i had one diget missing from the reference i might aswell count my losses and move on. Its been over 3 months now. They are unprofessional and most definitely do not have any people skills! This is by far the worst platform in any category ive ever came across in my life! Only advice i have is DO NIT TRUST THEM THEY ARE ********S!!!!!
Im so VERY dissapointed in this bank. never was i notified there was anything wrong on my account. So as usual i asked my client to make their payment into my account. . Straight after they did the payment and i wanted to order their items my account had a lock in place! I tried explaining this to my client but honestly who will even believe this??? So yes they reported me as *****. When i finally got discovery to email me because im deaf (weeks) they just told me what i already knew, my account was reported as *****ulent. Duh! You took the money i had to buy the clients items and now im suffering the consequences by having my business be put in a very bad light and my name looks do bad becsuse its been over a month and still after i begged and plead with discovery to please email me because im deaf id keep receiving email saying must phone them. How the ..... Must i phone WHEN IM DEAF! So finally a week back i receive a sms saying the ***** claim was resolved yet THE ACCOUNT IS STILL FROZEN. This i see as *****ing and i can honestly say i regret each and every second im with discovery bank i will never suggest to any person to use this bank. Point.
