To: Human Resources Department Helen Joseph Hospital Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unfair Queue Management at Orthopedic Clinic Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Xhalisile Fakade Siduko, and I am writing to formally report an incident that took place at the Orthopedic Clinic involving unfair patient queue management and unprofessional treatment. I arrived at the clinic at approximately 05:30 in the morning to secure my place in the queue for medical assistance. I was given number 19. However, I later discovered that another patient had obtained number 18B allegedly through arrangements made with administration staff, despite arriving after me. When I raised concern about this situation, I was threatened that I would not be assisted if I continued to question the matter. I found this treatment unfair, intimidating, and deeply upsetting as a patient who had followed the proper process and arrived early. I would like this matter to be investigated thoroughly, particularly: - The issuing of queue numbers outside the normal process; - The conduct of the staff involved; - The threats made towards me when I questioned the situation. I specifically wish to report the matter involving Dr Dlamini and the administration process at the Orthopedic Clinic. I kindly request that my complaint be formally recorded and that my queue number be properly recognized in the patient system. Community of Princess Flats RDP We as community of Princess been threatened by SAPS member who is working force in Roodepoort Gauteng (Neo Moabe). today 20/08/2025 there are two members of our community has been arrested because of this family of police member. In our knowledge the housing has gave them evicted letter previously and they were also given a temporally house in section named Boxes. What happened on 13th August 2025 11h10 the community saw them increasing the yard and community of flats interfered by stopping them and where threaten by one of SAPS member (Neo Moabe) who is the daughter of the woman occupying that land *******ly so. This 20th august 2025 in the morning police where in our yard (RDP Flats) arresting two members of our community and one of them is working himself and one its member of CPF. Writing this to ask for interference of you and help since we have seen this woman taking her job to threaten and intermediate the community. The request They move out of the land they occupied *******ly SAPS to disciple the Member Wondering if they do have right just because the are SAPS member should they intermediate the community or protect the community.
they are ******, I have main insurance with them than took scratch and dent with them. after a year of having insurance with them 1 august 2025 I had a smaller incident where I just scratched my car. I claimed immediately with them and they said I have claimed with the main insurance but I said no I am claiming on the scratch and dent and whoever I was talking with her on the phone told me that she can not see an scratch and dent under my insurance I had to go into my bank app and explain till she got it and now while they say they are busy with it out of nowhere I received email on the 15 august telling me I have withdrawn claim whereby I did not do such. i contacted them again asking when did I do such and they explain that that scratch is more than 30 cm and they cant cover that and I asked them when did you tell me that there do not cover big scratch or scent scratch? they manager to answer me and I asked them to cancel that scratch and dent insurance and they should give back my money since they failed to pay. they have not even come to excess my claim but already saying the scratch is big they cant help also my question is because I have main insurance they want me to used or what
