Their leak detector broke a pool pipe, and tried to repair it. The next day it was evident pipe was broken, couldn't use pool pump. Now they won't speak to me. Shocking.0 replies

Don't use this courier company, they don't deliver
They are uncontactable and managed to lose my Estee Lauder parcel. All other courier companies deliver next day, not this crowd. I'm shocked that anyone is using them - don't.0 replies

Appalling customer service
Order placed 28 November using 35% discount received from them. 15 days later I still don't have my parcel. Now I'm told the parcel is lost, they will refund me in 10 days and gave me a 30% discount voucher. I don't want a refund, I want my order filled. What a disgusting experience. They conveniently don't have an email contact, only whatsapp semi automated customer service line.0 replies
