Pathetic!Horrible! terrible customer service
I had 3 vehicles which were covered by them Last year around October, I advised them that my vehicle was written off in an accident and requested that they transfer the device to my new vehicle. I then went for my new vehicle to be fitted with the device. However, they then charged me for both vehicles, the new and the one that was written off in an accident. I wasn't aware of this until I contacted them in September this year to enquire about the status of my policy as I'm only getting the monthly statement and nothing else. Then they advised that there is a contract that has expired which is now running on a month to month basis for the VIVO, as well as for the two vehicles mentioned above. I then asked them to cancel the expired contact and the one for the vehicle that is written off in an accident. They only cancelled the one that was written off and still continue to charge me for the other one that has expired. I've tried to call them sent emails but I'm getting no joy from them. When I call them it's either they do not answer the phone or when you get hold of them then they are unprofessional, unhelpful, confused, don't refer to previous notes or there are no notes at all for the interactions you had with them. That business must just be closed because all they care about is our money and zero customer service. The consultant I spoke to whom I thought was better than the rest only did half of her job, she also promised that there'll be a refund but I still haven't received it. The other day someone said there were no notes about the refund!!!!! 1. I need my contract that has expired for VIVO be cancelled and the cancellation should be backdated. 2. The fund for charging me for the vehicle that was written off in an accident

As a solo traveller, not even a single day had I felt lonely, outcast and unwelcomed. As soon as the WhatsApp group chat was opened, that's when I felt that I got a sense of belonging. From OR Thambo airport, our host was there for each and every one of us to ensure that everyone is on board. We were kept updated of the itinerary and any valuable information that we needed. The trip was unforgettable, and it was the Roadtrippers that made it memorable. I think they have done their research well to ensure that we explore our destination in a fun way. We went to relevant, tourist attractions and it was worth our money. I'd recommend it to anyone that needs a professional and secure travelling agency at any time. I'm looking forward to my next trip with them
