No Online support
Ordered a shirt online. They stated that the item has been delivered. No item received. Phone them to log complaint and the promesed to resolve my query. Still not resolved and still waiting for call back. Do not do order online. Horrible service!!

Services is shocking. Stated that my item has been delivered but no delivery received. Call to log a complaint and they just closed the call and stated it has been resolved. I even phoned them and they promised to call back. No call

Bad service !
Dear Supersportbet Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the current status of my withdrawal request. Despite uploading the requested FICA documents on Saturday, the 9th , the status remains "in progress," preventingme from accessing my funds. Furthermore, my attempts to communicate with your support team via email have been unsuccessful due to a blocked email address. This lack of communication has only added to my frustration and raised concerns about the company's commitment to facilitating withdrawals for its customers. I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter and would appreciate a prompt resolution to enable the withdrawal of my funds.
