I buy my groceries on the pic n pay asap and I guess that’s why they take advantage,I complained on the app that I bough 2 z Gouda Parmalat cheese and said it was flaky,they said I must wait for help and it’s been over a week now. Poor service indeed!
I put in an order for delivery and it wasn’t delivered cause the driver put in the wrong area, now my delivery had to go back which is an inconvenience on my side as I had planned for those to arrive today
I ordered something on the 18th of August,no communication about when it’s going to be delivered or any tracking information. I need to use what I ordered this coming Thursday and it’s still not delivered. I called twice already to ask why my order is late and there’s no clear answers! Definitely not going to order from them anytime soon until they improve their services.
I ordered a door which had some glass on it. On the delivery day the glass part was broken,I told them and I was told that they can’t help me cause I didn’t pay for shipping insurance. My thing is what is that?was I informed or explained to what that is?im always ordering stuff and not even once had I have to pay for such!
I sent someone money by mistake,then I requested for a reversal. The reversal was granted and I got my money back,two hours later the money disappeared and they said the enstranged recepient disputed it,obviously they would Who wouldn’t want free money??? Now I lost out on my hard earned money! So disappointed and definitely won’t recommend capitec!
Miranda who works for Dr MC Wium in arwyp hospital is such a darling. Always patient and willing to help,iv never seen such a sweet reception lady. Dr Wium should never let her go cause she leaves a mark in patients hearts that we will never forget! Thank you Miranda,you deserve your flowers!!!!
I was billed twice and now they’re not refunding my me. I called them multiple times asking about my refund and all they do is open a ticket for me on emails and leave it at that,no one is communicating to me regarding my refund😒
House of ribs kempton park is the best! Good service from the moment you enter,the atmosphere is relaxed and warm. Extremely affordable food I always wonder how they make their profit! Breakfast buffet it R104 and comes with complimentary tea or coffee. I’d definitely recommend them to you reading this!
Our bill was 1140 including tip,me and my friend split the bill,my portion was 350 and hers 790. The waiter tapped 790 twice,we think it was on purpose cause there’s no way 790 x 2 can amount to 1140. I then spoke to one of their managers they apologized and promised to fix it and never did,the promised me to refund me my R440 but even now I’m still waiting. Poor service indeed,I’m thinking they’re in this together overcharging customers for their own good.
