VERY RUDE STAFF, NO FEEDBACK
Purchased Soft ล Smooth Hair Remover it was UNDER-FILLED staff don't come back to customers I sent plenty pictures regarding the problem staff are RUDE , IGNORED & UNPROFESSIONAL. Complaint regarding DEEP HEAT rub cream not working not relief pain, makes pain worse and move around body. It's a month now no FEEDBACK No Reply. Staff are very rude here sies they deserve a full 0. Money is all that matters ๐๐

HAIR REMOVER UNDER-FILLED STAFF NO FEEDBACK
Beware Glyco-Lemon hair remover no customer service i sent pictures plenty times regarding 150ml being UNDER-FILLED. Staff don't care keep denying about receiving the photos I sent , even sent on WhatsApp these people don't care buying at your own RISK. Steers Metlife Shopping Mall PE (Gqeberha) My 80 year old GrandMother purchased the phanda buy 1 get 1 burger deal , she purchased chips. when she got home the chips wasn't chips it was all the tiny pieces at the bottom of the tray all those burnt pieces. She paid for the meal with money and was cruelly ******. Why give a 80 year old Granny tiny burnt pieces of tiny stale chips? ๐

DEFY 9KG FRNT LOADER ISSUES, DEFY STAFF REFUSING TO HELP
After I purchased Defy Front Loader 9KG Washing Machine , machine gave problems after 3 weeks, it was replaced after I put up a fight. Now "new machine" is giving the same problems , even more dangerous it's Shocking. I called Defy and received rudeness , telephone was hung up in my ear. I will take all 3 appliances I purchased and get my money back, which is nearly R20.000. Defy DONT RESPECT CUSTOMERS

Purchased 2 farmhouse ice creams 5l at Makro Strubensvalley been buying farmhouse ice cream for years. what a disaster new recipe is horrible , vanilla lacks flavour, rainbow flavour lime is bitter. The tubs wasn't full. Email address and WhatsApp number doesn't exist. Will never buy Dairy**** Products again.
