I am extremely frustrated with the lack of cooperation and transparency from this company. I have formally requested a settlement amount in order to settle my account in full, and despite multiple follow-ups, they have failed to provide the requested figure. This is unacceptable, as I am actively trying to resolve and settle the account, yet their delays and lack of response are preventing me from doing so. Key concerns: Failure to provide a settlement amount upon request Lack of transparency regarding charges and fees Delaying resolution of the account despite my willingness to pay This conduct is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about their business practices. If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will proceed with formal complaints to the relevant regulatory bodies. I urge the company to provide the settlement amount immediately so this matter can be concluded. Awaiting urgent resolution.
I have been a customer of Marquis Financial Services since 2022, when I financed my Mercedes Benz through them. Up until recently, I have consistently paid my monthly HP installment on time and in full. Unfortunately, due to recent financial strain and several unforeseen expenses over the past two months, I was unable to make one installment payment. I reached out to Marquis Financial Services to request a 3-month grace period, with the intention of catching up once I have resolved my short-term financial difficulties. I am still employed and fully committed to settling my outstanding balance—currently R158,000—on the vehicle. However, despite my clean payment history and genuine request for temporary relief, Marquis refused to assist in any way or propose any form of alternative solution. Instead, I was advised to either downscale to a lower-value vehicle or return the car. This approach has left me extremely disappointed, as it suggests that repossession is being prioritised over client support. In a time when a bit of understanding and flexibility would go a long way, Marquis chose to be inflexible and unhelpful. Given this experience, I would not recommend Marquis Financial Services, and I will not consider using their services again in the future.
For the last three months my bank account is being debited by Telkom Collection department at random dates, due to these random deductions from my account my telkom services has been suspended I have been without service now for more than a week, when you phone to tell them that the deduction was made, the reply is it will take seven days I can't wait for this contract to expire,
