I am so frustrated with Liberty group, I joined the funeral policy in July for my grandmother, and the policy was supposed to start in September, but my grandmother passed away in July, so I called the financial advisor Sizwe Kili to cancel it and create a new one for my uncle and Aunt. I noticed that no money was being deducted, I called Sizwe Kili and he said they will start deducting in December, they did but they were deducting twice, from December until March(5 MONTHS). I called them and they said the policies were cancelled in October 2025! and they said they can only see 3 months payments and not 5, and I asked for a refund for 5months, and I attached my pay slip showing the 3 months, but They refunded me for 3 months even though I showed them proof, I have been following up about the other 3 months with no vail. Today when I checked my pay slip, my money is deducted again twice. How do you cancel a policy in October and start deducting money nonstop??. I am so frustrated, I want this to be escalated, you guys are ******.!!
