I received a damaged vehicle with the drive train and suspension in bad shape. To add insult to injury they have short paid the deposit refund. Makes the rental company look like ****mers.
Bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Midstream and two weeks later they still cant provide the registration documents nor the spare key. No one is prepared to even respond to the query any more.
<p>Have had to provide FICA documentation 3 times. All approved and account open. After 2 months of transacting they arbitrarily close the account and freeze your funds. They claim each time to have lost the documentation so you provide it all aagain and the account is opened but two months later.......</p> <p> </p> <p>Try to engage management about it. faceless cowards who hide behind bureaucratic walls leaving poor customer service clerks to take the brunt of the customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>ABSA will destroy your business so be warned! </p> <p> </p> <p>Barclays know what they are doing.</p>
