I bought two Persian carpets from Pak Persian carpets, one is still in good condition, the other one I don't know if it's a **** persian carpet because the top of the carpet was coming out seems like strange,I only took it to pak persian carpets to ask them why this was happening because I paid a lot of money all I got from the guy he does not even know why this is happening, I did not agree to have the carpet washed, he made a receipt but did not give me a copy and he told his guys to wash the carpet for me and all I wanted was to find out why this was happening now when I went to find out the result he says I must pay R1652 for the washing, I wanted to find out why he just wanted to make money out of me SO PAK PERSIAN IS NOT AN HONEST BUSINESS TO DEAL WITH SO DON'T BELIEVE YOU ARE PAYING WITH A BIG DISCOUNT THEY ARE JUST NOT HONEST PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH SO I TOLD HIM TO KEEP THE CARPET, FOR PEOPLE OUT THERE BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT BUYING FROM PAK PERSIAN CARPET
I get a message from Rochester furn on my phone that I owe them R3590.00 together with The Courier Guy, Take a lot all with different amounts, this was on the 9th March and then I get a call from Nedbank telling me that they think it's a **** going on in my account early on the 9th March, I told the guy about the messages I received I told him to put a full stop because I don't owe any of these people any monies, I was told he is reversing it, the next morning I went to the nedbank changed my card, my pin numbers everything and checked my bank statement all seemed to be but on the 11th of March an amount of R3590.00 was paid to Rochester furniture, I never knew or bought anything from Rochester furnitures, also how did Nedbank let a payment go through after me telling them not to allow any payments go thru. SO BECAREFUL WITH YOUR BANK DETAILS AND WHEN THESE ****S HAPPEN THE NEDBANK TELLS YOU THE ***** DEPARTMENT WILL CONTACT ME IN 6 TO 8 WEEKS
On the 9th of March 2026, late afternoon I received a call from the nedbank ***** division that there is some irregular activities that is taking place on my account, I told him that I am not doing any transactions and don't intend to, he says he will reverse if any transaction is going through and then the phone cut and I did get messages on my phone from Nedbank for take a lot, Rochester furnishers and I never bought anything from take a lot, or Rochester furnishers, early the next morning the 10th I went to nedbank changed my card, pin numbers etc, then I check my bank account on the 11th only to find out an amount of R3590 was deducted off from my account for Rochester furnishers, I immediately contacted the ***** department and first I was IWAS told by the bank it will take 3 to 4 Days then it was another scenario between 4 to 6 weeks, I explained to the ***** department, I am a pensioner and 75Yrs old and I still have to take care of three children who my niece abandoned them and can they please speed up the process as I do need that monies, they said they would try, the next day I get a message that there is nothing they can do as I pressed 1 which I don't know what that means, I never went into my account to agree on this, I don't know or heard of Rochester furnishers, I've heard of take a lot but I never ever done business with either of them, seems like the **** came from the ***** department, 1. ***** department phoned 2. Then I get these messages 3. I Say no I do not owe them 4. The phone cuts automatically 5. Then no answer 6. I go to the bank the next day change all details 7. Two days after that R3590.00 paid into Rochester furnishers account after I said on the 9th that no monies go thru. But it still goes thru so who does one trust I have been with Nedbank since I was 17 yrs old I am now 75, this is the second incident the first incident I made a mistake by depositing into the wrong account and to rectify I had to pay a fee to reverse but the money was never reversed this is asking Nedbank how and why is this happening, nedbank has recordings of the calls so they say, can they not go back and check or do we have dishonest people and not all are
I was expecting a parcel from temu and her My card was compromised and I got a sms that I must pay a small fee for customs not realizing this was a **** and I was almost ****med for R4900 and but the bank was very quick to realize this was a ****.

I have been with nedbank since I was 18Yrs old now I am 75 yrs old, I've had two ***** investigations one was a about two yrs ago and the other was on the 9th of march 2026, the reason I am writing this is not the bank is at fault but the NEDBANK ***** DIVISION who is so slack, the first investigation I let it slide but never got my money back nor did I get any replies from them, I filled in forms but I am sure it was thrown in the bin, on the 9th of March there was some transactions being taken place and the guy at the bank picked it up immediately that it was a *****ulent transaction and contacted me and stopped all transactions the R 3590 I don't know whether it went off my bank account but the guy was reversing it in to my bank account but it never happened, the R 3590 is sitting with the nedbank after that the next morning I went to killarney nedbank and they issued me with a new card and told me to change my pin which I did and I was told at the killarney branch they will check and the money will be reversed within 2 to 3 days now I am told now I am told on the phone it might be 4 to 9 weeks after they finish their investigations from 2 to 3 days it's gone from 4 to 9 weeks is Nedbank ***** division very slack, they got the furniture shops name on the withdrawal, if I am doing a withdrawal it's done from my phone nedbank cannot dish out my money without my permission, I am going to take it up with the ombudsman as it is the second time now, I gave the ***** division my I'd number and it took him a long time to find my claim
i bought two persian carpets a while ago, one for R10000 and one for R14000 i got certificates from them as well, persian carpets are an investment one of the carpets is still very good, but the other one the design is coming off, its like stringy, the people from pak says it must be moths, there are no moths in my home, i phoned them in december and at first they wanted me to bring the carpet in and as i am 75yrs old i said no and they agreed to come in the first week in january but up till now they never phoned or even came to have a look at the carpet that means Pak Persian is selling inferior quality carpets and we get fooled by them, i hope this letter is a wake up call for their business, now i am just going get someone to take the carpet and dump it in their shop
Temu advertises items except for the jewellery the clothing fabric is of very poor quality, linen should be linen, their quality of the T shirt fabrics is of poor quality, the designs are very good and they just send you the wrong sizes, and there is no proper communications, I order so many shirts and jackets and I may have to give it away, except for the jewellery which is good I don't advise to buy their shirts and jackets very poor quality
Bought items from temu, over R2000. 00, says free shipping after placing order get a new message to say to pay customs and shipping fees which comes to almost double, check before buying, tried to contact temu, tried contacting temu but no forwarding address to get any answers krishnagovender048@gmail that is my buying order, temu avoids any questions, you are driven from pillar to post
I bought two Persian carpets from Pak Persian carpets, the one carpet is still good but the other carpet the top of the carpet is terrible, I wrote to the benmore branch but has not had any reply really disappointed, persian carpets should be lasting for about 100yrs and I paid for one R14000 and the other R1000, I got certificates, I wrote to the benmore carpet shop who sold me the carpets but never had a response at all.
