Unexpectable treatment

I’m writing this review with livid emotions. A consultant from the TV license department named GEMELI calls that I’m owing R500 of the tv license and I mentioned that I’ve made arrangements yet it’s not mine and if I recall it was R397 I mentioned that I’m unemployed. The lady proceeds to bully me that I should pay it I proceed to tell that I made arrangements she goes on to yell & threaten me that legal action will be taken against me!!! I really don’t appreciate being treated like a ******** due to my circumstances , kindly assist with this matter . The number that called is as follows +27 (76) ***

Bad Service and Poor food quality

I would like to lodge a complaint against Kota Joe. I ordered a pizza & wings at Kota Joe Edenval , car service. I was happy w my order until I took a bite on the wings , I chewed on a stone which led to my Brace chipping off it I really had a bad experience therefore I’m still in pain and I now have to pay for the broken brace. I sent them an email a week ago , I received a response saying I should send a DM , which I did and still no feedback whatsoever. I’ve been sending follow up emails and no response still !! I’m honestly not happy not satisfied with Kota Joe as a regular customer!!

MBD debt collector

I had an Active Virgin Active Membership for quite a while so they usually debit on the 20th of every month. It came a time where they didn’t debit for 2months then my account was handed over to MBD . I was owing an amount of R395 , I then opted to pay it with a small amount due to unemployment. One of the MBD collectors called and I made an arrangement that I can only afford paying R50 every month, even after paying R50 I would receive calls being asked when will I pay yet I paid and the Collectors are so RUDE!!! I’d be harassed by them over the phone. Another one called asked why did I pay R50 and I explained , she then told me that those monthly R50 payments are not recognized because it’s a small amount so it doesn’t really make a difference nor reduce the debt so she mentioned that it fall under Arrears . I’m being called again to be reminded about making a payment, I start making R100 payments monthly. I still get calls from MBD collectors saying they wanna know when will I make payments again yet I paid afew days ago. On the 26th of July I received call from another collector, asking me if I’m aware that I’m owing, I said yes I’m fully aware and I made a payment on the 25th of July. He says well you’re almost done paying the debt you’re only left to pay an amount of R51 then you’ve settled your debt. I paid that amount and asked for Proof of payment to be sent on my email . I was so thrilled that I’m finally debt free right !!! A week later another MBD debt collector calls to say I’m owing and I have an outstanding balance of Arrears an amount of R290 ? How ? With such a RUDE TONE!!! So I mentioned that I was told I’m done paying so what is going ? I told her to check my call record of the 26th of July, all calls are recorded right and she said she’ll get back to me till today I haven’t heard from her. Everyday I’m getting calls from MBD regarding those Arrears yet I was told that I’m done paying !! I will not pay that amount because according to what was said to me on the 26th of July I’m debt free . So I was told that they will put it up as a case yet I’m still getting called to pay everyday And I’m tired of being Harassed and threatened by them !!! One of them said if i don’t pay that amount I will be charged with more legal fees and it will be taken further !!!!
