Wi-Fi Down, and no help from Vodacom
How does one get a response and help from Vodacom. My wifi went down on Saturday night at about 9PM.We logged a call with them on Sunday morning and up to now we have not received feedback and have no clue what the problem is. We called several times yesterday and were told that someone would get back to us, but we are still waiting, and the wifi is still down.3 replies
