Black Friday special - paid for TV yet no stock
The most pathetic service. My daughter bought a TV online on Black Friday special. Failed to deliver, then eventually sent message Tshegofatso Kutumela sent message saying they do not have stock in Gaureng and are not willing to source from another province. Surely when payment is received stock is allocated. She then said we must request a refund. Absolutely useless and unwilling to help. Order no ***0 replies

Total incompetence all the way
My profiles were blocked by consultant due to someone trying to access my profile. But now the branch is clueless how to reactivate the profiles. Absolute disaster. Cannot access my accounts via internet banking, nor banking app or atm. Cards were also blocked so have zero access to funds and can make no payments. Nedbank is a pathetic bank0 replies

Exceptional treatment
My wife and I have both been to Jaco Swart for physio a number of times. He is passionate about his work, extremely knowledgeable and explains in detail what is wrong, why and how he will treat you. Honest, reliable and fast service

eVOD Streaming Service problems
I joined the eVOD streaming service (monthly subscription of R29.99) in August 2021 and have had endless problems. Since October you only get ONE DAY of Premium content instead of a month. I have pointed this out via phone calls, emails (even to the main manager) and after 6 weeks, nothing has happened to fix the problem. I have paid for nothing. Useless service and even more useless technical support. Avoid eVOD at all cost0 replies
