My experience with Vodacom has been absolutely disgraceful, and this is now the second time I am forced to express my complete disgust at the shocking level of service I have received. I previously lodged a complaint regarding the appalling service relating to my LTE package. I was promised a full refund, yet to date absolutely nothing has been paid. After sending countless emails and continuously following up, I eventually gave up because it became clear that dealing with Vodacom was a complete waste of time and energy. Despite this terrible experience, I still made the mistake of taking out a Fibre contract with Vodacom because their fibre coverage in my area appeared to be reliable. The router was delivered on 21 April, and to date the installation has still not taken place. Once again, exactly as before, I have been sent from pillar to post with no accountability, no urgency, and no meaningful assistance from anyone. The third-party installer, Vumatel, has been equally *********** and frustrating to deal with. The lack of communication, poor coordination, and complete disregard for customers is beyond unacceptable. At this stage, I can honestly say that Vodacom’s service is utterly pathetic. I would strongly caution anyone considering migrating to Vodacom to think very carefully before doing so. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and the company has proven itself to be completely unreliable and incapable of delivering even the most basic level of customer service.
I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and disgust at the Margate Sands Hotel. The place is an absolute disaster - dirty, filthy, and infested with ****roaches. I was appalled to see the state of the halls, and the rooms are just as bad. The shower in our room wasn't working, and the smell was unbearable. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance is unacceptable for a hotel. Very disappointed in the service and would not recommend to anyone. 1/10 would not stay here again.
Horrible experience. I went to KFC last night, ordered my meal, waited about 20 min in the drive through. When i was about to collect, they told me they did not have chicken and that i will need to wait an additional 15min. The staff member that assisted me had a horrible attitude, the manager was very respectful as i requested a refund and decided to go else where. KFC should really deal with the attitude of their staff members!!
My overall experience with Naked has been nothing short of amazing. I did not experience any difficulties when claiming for the damage caused by a third party. My vehicle was repaired within a week by a VW accredited panel beater that did an amazing job... I would once again like to thank Sandile Phiri, my claims handler for making sure that i am looked after throughout the process. I will definitely encourage you to switch to naked insurance
I have had an amazing experience with Naked Insurance. My vehicle is currently with the panelbeaters. My claim was processed and approved in less than a week. I was assisted by a Gentleman named Sandile Phiri. He was extremely effective and efficient. The best service i have experienced from any insurance company thus far
