I have been sent a settling amount to pay to Massmart medical aid. The amount was paid in full on 17 April 2026. The phone calls continued that I still owe them the money. I discussed the matter with Bongani Maphisa who ensured me that he will sort the matter. I even received an email from him on 8 May to confirm that the account was settled and Massmart was informed. Yet, I still receive phone calls from ITC BA that I owe the money. I also received an email to this regard on 21 May. The level of incompetence at this company is beyond understanding. I have requested numerous times that the matter be sorted yet they still harass me with calls threatening that I will be blacklisted.
Delivery from Vodacom done by Skynet should have been made on 20 March. Skynet informed me that they will deliver. I took aff from work but no delivery came. They informed me that they will deliver on 21st, no delivery made. They then informed me that delivery will b on 23rd. I again took leave from work and AGAIN no delivery. I have to take leave for every promise and yet no delivery.

I have been using Vodacom internet connection for almost 2 years without anuy problems whatsoever. However, in the town of Deneysville as well as Oranjeville our Vodacom internet connection has been terrible since Sunday 17 November. The matter has been reported to the Vodacom shop in Vanderbijlpark who escalated it and it was reported to Customer Care by residents of both towns. Untill today (23 Nov) there has still not been any improvement or change and no feedback from Vodacom to their customers in both towns as to when they will sort the problem. A lot of residents depends on their internet as they work from home, including myself, but Vodacom is just not interested in fixing the problem that we keep on reporting to them. I myself have complained twice on Vodacom's FB page. They requested me to do a speed test and send it to them. I have done so (downloading at 1.19Mbps on a 50Mbps line?) and send it through to them. Still no response.
