⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ Please be very careful when buying from Bob’s Books store. I placed an order for books for my children, but nothing was ever delivered. Since making payment, they have not communicated at all, and I have received no refund. This store appears to be a ****. I don’t want others to go through the same experience. Think twice before ordering from Bob’s Books.
Bad Review for Hi-Fi Corporation I am very disappointed with the service I received from Hi-Fi Corporation. I placed an order for a dishwasher last Monday, and up until today, I still have not received my parcel. What makes the situation worse is the lack of communication from their side no SMS, no email, and no updates regarding the status of my order. I had to make a phone call myself just to check the progress, which is unacceptable for a company of this size. The lack of customer care and follow-up has left me frustrated and regretting my decision to purchase from Hi-Fi Corporation. I expected better service and reliability.
I purchased kids' sneakers online using cash. A few days later, I received a call from a lady in the Online Department who informed me that my order had been canceled because the shoes were not in good condition. She requested a bank letter to process my refund. However, when I reviewed my order, it stated that "I changed and canceled the order." I'm confused about how that happened since I was informed by them that the order was canceled. 👎🤔😡😡😡😡
I purchased a pair of kids' sneakers online with cash, and two days later, I received a call from La Coq Sportif stating that the shoes were not in good condition. They offered to refund me, but requested that I provide proof of my account or a bank letter. I sent them an email with the necessary document attached. I have been waiting for the refund so that I can purchase sneakers elsewhere, as they did not fulfill their service to me. However, they are still refusing to return my money.
I have a parcel that was handed over to the courier guy and I paid for the door delivery so now I have to go fetch my parcel at a location where I don't know a word from a courier guy this is not acceptable at all and it's not safe outside please fix this issue
Placing an order is much easier than getting your parcel on time now I have to fight, I got a call at night from The courier guy who said we must meet at the police station while I paid for a door delivery this is not acceptable at all and I'm staying far from that police station this is South Africa 🇿🇦 you know very well it's not safe out there you keep on working with this courier *** no

I had a bad service experience with this company called” Old mutual “ I have funeral policy and investment with them, what hurting me the most is I'm not behind with the payments. I canceled the investment plan last month 05 July 2024 I followed all the procedures needed but till today I have not received my money, Today 05 August 2024 I decided to make a phone call to enquire about the claim from the Head office to the branch none of them is giving me a valid reason, and I'm now worried about me and everyone who has business with this company that is ****med or is this how they operate. I need help to get my money back and I'm not going to be quite until I get my money.
