I had an account in arrears they offered me a settlement with discount and I paid it sent them the proof and it is more than 2 months no paid up letter. What is worse on my credit profile it shows that I paid the amount of the settlement but I still owe the rest of the money. I have sent more than 10 emails. Called more than 30 times either I am transferred to someone that knows less than the previous one or I am fully hung up on. Today 21 May I have called 4 times and been hung up on 4 times.
Such a easy claim process. I was required to submit additional paperwork the consultant Bryan Watkins was with me every step of the way. I never needed to call he always called me and communicated via email. It was such a pleasure working with him on this claim. The best service I have received in a long time.
