SETTLEMENT IS A LIE
I had an account in arrears they offered me a settlement with discount and I paid it sent them the proof and it is more than 2 months no paid up letter. What is worse on my credit profile it shows that I paid the amount of the settlement but I still owe the rest of the money. I have sent more than 10 emails. Called more than 30 times either I am transferred to someone that knows less than the previous one or I am fully hung up on. Today 21 May I have called 4 times and been hung up on 4 times.

Bryan Watkins is amazing
Such a easy claim process. I was required to submit additional paperwork the consultant Bryan Watkins was with me every step of the way. I never needed to call he always called me and communicated via email. It was such a pleasure working with him on this claim. The best service I have received in a long time.

Thank you so much to the consultant Sylvia Pooke. So attentive and was able to help me efficiently and effectively. I initially was having a bad experience with the previous consultants/agents of the company and eventually Sylvia was the next person to answer after my 5th call, and able to assist. She never lost touch with me throughout my days of stress and my query was sorted quickly. Thank you so much!
