I am very disappointed with the service I received. I cancelled my contract and went to the store personally to sort everything out. I was told that the account was settled, but I am still receiving messages saying I must pay. This is frustrating because I already took the time to resolve the matter, yet the account still shows outstanding amounts. I would appreciate clear communication and written confirmation that the contract has been cancelled and the account is fully settled.
I saw the stream package for Dstv. I paid for it but the consultant they dont want to assist to activate the package. Now they not responding to me.
I have been trying to cancel my Vodacom contract since April last year, but every time I contact customer service I am told that the previous consultant failed to process
I am extremely disappointed with this insurance service. They deducted money from my account every month without any issues, but now that I need to claim, they are refusing to assist me because my phone was previously insured with Vodacom. This was never clearly explained when I joined. It feels unfair to take payments for months and then reject a valid claim when support is needed most. Very poor service and communication.
I had a great experience overall. The service was fast, the staff was friendly and helpful, and everything exceeded my expectations from start to finish.
