Am writing this so angry as I been on a call for 1 hour with an agent under technical/connection by the name of fezeka njeko and she was so rude and direspectful and even directed my call to one manager in billing who could not help with my connection issue my debit when through last night and this morning there no connection I called Mtn they advised I must switch on and off my connection but still I told them I can’t connect and not only me but other myb numbers am sharing my data with so clearly this is not my device issue but connection issue and to my suprise they hanged up on me am still not connected and my data share people not connected as well so I just want my contract cancelled immediately
Takealot is a **** I ordered two parcels the only one was delivered but status shows all delivered I called courier that delivered one parcel instead of two they advised other parcel was damaged and returned to Takealot for the pass 11days am calling Takealot to have the order cancelled and refund my money but they can’t assist me I spoke to Buhle.M , Milan.M , Eliot.N , Robin.G , Simone.A , Thabo.N, Phelokazi.M and unfortunately even the manager cant help me come the 25th my account will be debited for a parcel I didnot receive you guys you are so unprofessional and ****mer as you work with ur courier company to **** us for 11days am using my airtime to call and no one is assisting me to cancel this order even after the courier informed them that parcel was damaged and not delivered to me
Excellent service from Daisy Tzaneen branch It was my first time claiming she made the whole process easy and explained everything and even suggested other option which were availble to us….she helped us a lot for that please keep up the Good job🙏🙏🙏
I want to laybuy furniture for bs k home in polokwane and am full time based in Johannesburg but I was advised to go to polokwane to laybuy there I can’t laybuy at any fair price store around Johannesburg💔💔is funny how I can pay at any store but can’t laybuy and collect back home in polokwane Limpopo
Visited fair price store today Johannesburg Alex mall as I wanted to lay buy some furniture to be collected from polokwane fair price store but the lady advised she unable to assist as if she does the sale this side it will be captured under her name and she will get her incentive but the incentive will again be taken from her salary as once collected from polokwane store it will again be captured as their sale so she will then have the incentive taken from her salary. We are full time based in Johannesburg so if one want to do laybuy they must visit polokwane but again they can pay at any fair price store this is ridiculous and I feel fair price is losing clients due to such poor client service
Bad service placed an order on he 3rd December no communication no tracking email to track my order
****mers!!!i repeat ****mers🥵 Created my rain profile last year 2023 April on the 30th my sim was delivered on the 4th of May 2023 that’s when my services were activated used my services until the last day of May 2023 which meant I must pay pro rate amount on the 1st of June 2023 which was r200 but to my surprise my invoice showed two amounts which was the invoice of May & June which I was suppose to pay on the 1st of June meaning I had to pay for my June services before using them I ddnt understand this as rain is a month to month then I called support the lady said it loud that I must pay both invoices as I was on the line she hanged up on then immediately I removed the sim on my phone this was May 2023 then when I checked my profile as I wanted to cancel it was suspended on the 30th June 2023 so I was unable to manage profile…fine on the 07th of July 2023 rain deducted 247,00 on my bank acc quickly I opened my rain profile to cancel as they deducted money from me to my surprise I was still suspended I was unable to manage my since okay fine I stopped paying yet I kept trying to cancel and sending emails on support but no assistance to this day then today rain send smss to my mothers phone showing an amount of 1200 that I owe them for which serivices???really rain u are ****mers my devices were suspended from the 30th of June 2023 but u been billing my acc for wat???
