Very Disappointing Washing Machine (CANDY)– Poor Product and Poor After-Sales Service
I bought the Candy 10kg RapidÓ Inverter Steam Washing Machine with WiFi App Control from Take-a-lot, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. The machine does not spin properly, and when it does spin, it shakes uncontrollably. The vibration is so severe that it knocks into surrounding items and feels unsafe to use. What has made the experience even worse is the after-sales support. Logging a return has not been a smooth process at all. It has now been 5 days and I am still waiting for a callback from the service provider / Takealot, despite reporting the issue. I strongly do not recommend buying this washing machine.0 replies

Telkom is the worst
Worst of its kind! The service is appalling, went trhough 8 different consultants from different teams/departments and my query was still not resolved. I wouldn't encourage anyone to contract with Telkom so please explore other service providers. Had to request call recordings because no one wanted to account for their actions or what they had had said.0 replies
