Very Disappointing Washing Machine (CANDY)– Poor Product and Poor After-Sales Service
I bought the Candy 10kg RapidÓ Inverter Steam Washing Machine with WiFi App Control from Take-a-lot, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. The machine does not spin properly, and when it does spin, it shakes uncontrollably. The vibration is so severe that it knocks into surrounding items and feels unsafe to use. What has made the experience even worse is the after-sales support. Logging a return has not been a smooth process at all. It has now been 5 days and I am still waiting for a callback from the service provider / Takealot, despite reporting the issue. I strongly do not recommend buying this washing machine.

Candy - terrible quality
I bought a washing machine from TakeAlot Candy washing machine, in 2023, Warranty is still active till 2026 The technician was here 3 times and could not come right, not complaining about them (technician). Anyway about a month of this it was escalated and I was told They were exchanging the machine. This a week ago I don't have a washing machine, my helper and I resorted to handwashing. I still don't know when you plan on exchanging I have NO ETA, no written communication I have been very patient DON'T BUY CANDY

DO NOT BUY CANDY APPLIANCES
Bought a Candy 10kg Washing Machine from Takealot in July 2025. 26 Days later it was making alarm sounds and unlocks the seal of the door, with water and soap all over my kitchen and running out the door. Lights running up and down the screen, showing an Error. Candy sent a Technician and he recommended that they replace the Machine. Got the new one about a month ago and it is doing exactly the same thing. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
