Poor Customer Service
Very disappointed, receptionist very unhelpful. For a place that advertises all these premium services, but can’t even assist with a minor request.

Poor service
The drive Katlego was very lazy and unprofessional. He jokingly said to me that he will tie the rope used to strap items on the delivery truck around my neck after being frustrated for waiting. This made me feel very uncomfortable, it was inappropriate and very unprofessional. I have never seen such poor customer service.

Friendly service
Friendly service. I was helped by Lisa who took the time go through the statements with me, explaining everything in detail.
