I cashed out R900 yesterday from goldrush 1Voucher.I did received the voucher pin.When I entered the voucher pin it said the voucher has been redeemed.Wich i never redeemed the voucher.It seemed neither goldrush or 1 Voucher can assist me to get my R900 back.Al they say its been escalated.They can't even tell me when the voucher was redeemed.Goldrush send me to 1 Voucher and back
Hi.Ive withdraw R500 today at 11:22 with standard bank.I chat 3 times today with consultants at goldrush about my payout all they say it's been escalated and they requested for a conformation sms wich im still waiting on.I had the same problem early this year and was told that I played the money wich I never played.This is now the second time that I've been waiting for almost 8 hours for a payout Normally I only wait for the longest about 5 minutes then I get my confirmation sms.

I phoned for an ambulance on the 28 March Wich was an emergency at 00.1 I hold until 00.07 I told the lady I'm in need off an ambulance she asked me where I'm calling from I told her and guess what she dropped the phone.I called again at 00.08 I had to hold on another 4 minutes the lady answered again she dropped the phone.I phone for the 3rd time and was on hold for 6 minutes until I eventually dropped the phone.It makes me wonder was the lady asleep.So this is the service as south African citizens we get.What are they getting paid for if they can't even help u in a emergency
I've cash out 21 November then I got a SMS to say that the money has deposit back.I chat online to an agent at 20:25 the agent told me to try another method other then FNB so I tried Nedbank and the money was taken.Up till this hour I never received a SMS to say that goldrush had paid me.Ive been trying the whole day and chat to an agent all they say is they escalated i***** been now 23 hours that I'm still waiting for the sms to confirm that goldrush had pay me .

I ve complain about capitec bank.Ive received a email on Monday 15 July stated that the loan appartmen will contact me.The next day a guy named Gavin called me and helpfull.He promised that someone else from the loan appartmen will get back to me.That was on Tuesday i still awaiting for that someone' to get back to me.Its been almost 2 weeks now.No updates regarding my loan.As i mentioned before im a Capitec acc holder and their customers got treated like this

I was send a email by Capitec bank Wich stated that my credit score is in good shape to apply for a loan.I app**** for the loan Wich was approved but it's almost a week waiting from capitecs agents to call me.Ive spend alot on airtime to phone them and ask about the progress off my loan it seems like no one knows off the progress off my loan.I feel it's not fair towards me as I'm s Capitec card holder.I really give up now
