There is no Zero rating, if there was that would be my rating. The company I work for sent me for first aid training and after passing received a nice shiny certificate with full contact info of all the numbers if I had an emergency. I did, my one fellow colleague had a seizure and I duly phoned the 112 number, was firmly told not to make *****ulent calls saying my number would be blocked and a ******** charge against me could be laid, I proceeded to log the call. received a reference number ( 20260504-1710 )and waited for the ambulance. After around 20minutes phoned again and was told they were on their way - my call was a priority - we rushed my colleague to hospital ourselves. I called and cancelled the service. 32 minutes total time before we rushed him to hospital.......he should be better in a week or so. Thank you for asking 112

I phoned for an ambulance on the 28 March Wich was an emergency at 00.1 I hold until 00.07 I told the lady I'm in need off an ambulance she asked me where I'm calling from I told her and guess what she dropped the phone.I called again at 00.08 I had to hold on another 4 minutes the lady answered again she dropped the phone.I phone for the 3rd time and was on hold for 6 minutes until I eventually dropped the phone.It makes me wonder was the lady asleep.So this is the service as south African citizens we get.What are they getting paid for if they can't even help u in a emergency

If I could give this emergency services a 0, I would. This is meant to be a n emergency services line but, people are slow, lazy and asking a lot of unnecessary questions in a state of life and death.

Today I called Telkom 112 emergency twice requesting for the police because we had a child who’s a drug addict and was vandalising everything in the house and they threatened to kill us because he had a weapon with him but they told me to take him to rehab then dropped a call So that means someone has to die because their child is an addict we not supposed to call the police when we are in need of them I m not happy and this issue should be escalated because now when I call my number is blocked 🚫 to the QA and team leaders please check calls from this 0699236611.

I called this service requesting for an ambulance. First I was transferred but call kept being hung up. I called again several times only to be told that I should wait until morning so I can go to the nearest clinic. Which only opens the next morning and this was only at 11pm. I was in excruciating pain (ectopic pregnancy) but apparently, there were no cars available in Rustenburg . I nearly died. I'm not happy at all.
