Failed to authorise chronic meds for severe primary pulmonary hypertension, cor pulmonale, and refractory heart failure.
Since 26 Dec 2025 we had an electricity outage, stocked up food from Xmas and for new yrs even rotted in our fridges due to poor service from Eskom who are not responding to our endless calls, whatsapp reporting the error since the 26th, not a single person birders to come and resolve the issue. Deprived from our rights to electricity supply which we pay for every month. Eskom has the most heartless service providers or should i say worksers because we see cars cruising up and down the area, approach them to ask for help we get ignore or promised empty promises. Cry our beloved country
I have cancelled my contract on 29 of September 2025, got a responce confirming my email and request and told that the contract shall be cancelled end of October. To my surprise im being billed R500+ and still debited for services. Honestly their admin sucks, very much not happy with them.
Their poor delivery services. My dad has been waiting and out of chronic tablets since last week. He received a sms on the 3rd of April 2025 informing him that he's pills have been dispatched and trackiing number given. Several calls (3x) has been made to Pharmacy direct and empty promises made, no sign of the delivery. They dont prioritise tge urgency of following up or fast tracking the delivery, obviouse my Dads health means nothing to them, all whats important then getting claims paid from Polmed. My dad has not been taking hes chronic meds for the past 2 weeks due to late deliveries.
