Renew It Rivonia
I received my car back yesterday for a damaged Aircon. It was fixed. When I tried to drive it this morning an engine light came on and the car was stuttering and battling to go. When I called Brendel at Renew It, he said they fixed the compressor and nothing else was wrong. He said maybe my car needs a service. It was serviced in April. The have clearly damaged something. Their communication over the last two weeks has been very bad. My car has gone from a problem free car to not being able to be driven. Very disappointing.

Vumatel bad service
I have had no WiFi for 10 days now. My neighbours have WiFi. I have phoned every day for 7 days. Everyday it’s empty promises of fixing my problem. This is the worst service provider. Please don’t use them. And their rating is zero!

Bens Auto Clinic Midrand
I took my car in for a rear bumper insurance repair. The only communication Bens Auto use is the occasional WhatsApp. My car has taken 6weeks! I asked them to do a private job for which they said they would have to order the parts. I said ok just do the insurance claim and we can sort the private out later. When we went to fetch it at the end of week 5, they hadn’t fixed the scratch on the door and said the Assesor didn’t say they must. It was part of the claim. So another 3 days later they said the car would be ready. Then I got a message to say “great news” your car is ready. When I got there the battery was flat! They said they don’t turn the cars on because clients complain about petrol, have you ever! They asked me to come back in 3 hours so they could charge the battery. When my driver went back they told him I need a new battery. No phone call to me or apologies. Not once have they done what they said. They pass the buck onto each other. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever come across. I am speechless and at my wits end. I have asked the insurance company to assist me now as I have no idea what to do about this situation. Please don’t ever use Bens Auto Clinic, you will be **** to and your job will not be completed. The one star is for the two ladies who have no idea of what is actually going on behind the scenes.
