Terrible cancellation process. Everything is not user-friendly. You have to jump a million hoops just to get an advisor for assistance.

Horrible horrible experience. It's such a hassle to link anything on there and when it's finally successful and you purchase something, they deduct a fee then cancel the order. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Truly disappointed
