Yoco - the worst company

The are the worst payment gateway. When you have an issue, you chat to an AI bot, you even get emails from the AI bot. They suspended us after years, I have sent them so many emails asking why, I have had no response. They said the will not pay out any settlements to us, we are closed. What a terrible company. Stay away from them, there are other kinder, human interactive companies you can use. I found one and it is so nice to chat to a human, and get the problem resolved.

Regent Business School

Regent Business School - Stay away!

Anyone out there don't go near Regent Business school. I cancelled my son's studies a month after registering with them because there were no study materials for any of his subjects, as they had changed the syllabus, I then got a phone call to say the one subject had been uploaded on the portal, and this is when I had cancelled his studies. I then sent an email to say ignore the cancellation . 3 months later I cancelled again because there was no exam schedules on the portal, my son didn't know about the exams, there was consistent problems, like study materials uploaded a week before small exams, not the main exams. In June 2024 I sent an email to cancel, actually I told them I wanted a refund. This was the most incredibly bad experience ever, my son was so depressed. After all that they still send invoices and threaten me with the credit bureau. They are harassing me, when they didn't deliver, I don't know how they have a license to operate. For all others experiencing similar problems like my son had please email the Higher education ***

Regent Business school - My son had such a bad experience with them. The worst part is when I cancelled his study they still kept on sending me invoices, now a year later they are threatening me with reporting me to the credit bureau. They are the worst online study school. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
