It gives ****ming vibes
I called the company on Friday 13 of March to request cancellation because i am now unemployed and was told someone Will call me today is the 19th evening no one has called me regarding the cancellation. Is that not a **** cos you cannot be quick to debit and slow to make a call to your client .

Best service
Quality of the items I bought 100/10 Time of service 100/10 In short I can say excellent service From the online store and bigups to courierit the parcel was delivered within 36 hours after purchasing.

Pathetic service
Very poor service, no sense of urgency to queries and orders from the office to drivers they need to fix their mess if you use this courier expect to wait a month for a damaged package order. I am still waiting for my order that has been out for delivery 2 days ago and also I have waited 2 weeks for another order that was scheduled for delivery but only got delivered because I made noise
